Space Force C2
STARHELM
Operator surface for Space Force, Kronos, and Golden Dome integrated missile defense. Thirty-five protocol adapters. Attribution Engine. UE5 Command Theater.
Operations · The work, today
Force OS is a five-tier autonomous AI hierarchy running in production. Eighty-six agents. Seven and a half months continuous operation. Five AI providers in one fleet. Six product surfaces — Force OS at the center, then STARHELM, SEAHELM, WATCHMAN, AOW, CRUCIBLE (DIU AI evaluation), and RESONANCE — built by the fleet, governed by the fleet, deployed across defense, science, and high-stakes operations.
The platform
Force OS is a policy-constrained, multi-model, multi-agent fleet operating system with tier-enforced governance and a human-veto path on every decision. The product is the system itself: agents delegating, executing, and overseeing other agents in a live operator surface.
Defense stack · Department of War
Each surface runs on Force OS. Each surface emits attribution receipts. Each surface answers to a human operator. The defense work is not a distraction from RESONANCE — it is structurally how RESONANCE becomes deployable.
Space Force C2
Operator surface for Space Force, Kronos, and Golden Dome integrated missile defense. Thirty-five protocol adapters. Attribution Engine. UE5 Command Theater.
Navy C2
Maritime command and control for Navy and PAE RAS programs. Surface, subsurface, and unmanned platform federation through a single governed pane.
Strategic AI brain
Wargaming and autonomous-combat intelligence. Deep RL self-play league, Monte Carlo planners, LLM strategist committee. Generates moves; STARHELM governs them.
Probabilistic forecasting
Multi-source intelligence fusion and threat-forecasting engines. Brier-calibrated probabilistic outputs across geomagnetic, kinetic, geopolitical, and ionospheric theaters.
DIU PROJ00625
Vendor-agnostic AI evaluation harness. 11 evaluation capabilities, 51 CLI commands, 31-stage pipeline. Foundation benchmarks, agentic mission tasks, adversarial red-teaming, human-AI teaming, DDIL simulation — all in one reproducible, audit-trailed system built on Force OS.
Research · the moonshot
Foundation-model layer underneath post-LLM AI. Continuous-spectrum perception across all five primal domains — light, sound, gravity, molecular, particle. AI that feels reality before discretizing it.

Programs are funding pathways, not products. Force OS, STARHELM, SEAHELM, WATCHMAN, AOW, and RESONANCE all run through these — together they cover defense (DoW), research (DoE), and federal acquisition.
$293M Department of Energy mission. Seven national-lab-grade systems built autonomously across physics, materials, and energy. RESONANCE Phase II + III mature here.
Multi-office DARPA proposal pipeline. CLARA, MATHBAC, and the I2O office-wide BAA all pursued through Force OS-authored full proposals.
Special Operations Command Rapid Capability Acquisition + J2 Intelligence Support Program. SOFWERX assessment Jul 2026.
Space Act Agreement pathway. Couples RESONANCE's heliophysics work to NASA's space-weather operations problems.
Pace-Setting Project 1. Tradewinds CSO. Crucible demonstration June 22–26, 2026. Force OS positioned as the C2 orchestration layer for multi-vendor UAS swarms.
USSPACECOM live demonstration windows. Insight #2 (Jun 2026, Orbital Maneuver Warfare) and Insight #4 (Dec 2026, Integrated Missile Defense). STARHELM + AOW carry the load.
Status
These systems were built autonomously under real operating pressure. Production tenure compounds. Every shipped surface makes the next one cheaper, faster, and more governed.
Eighty-six agents in production, organized in a five-tier hierarchy. Daily ops, real workloads.
Sixty-six tracked production builds across Force OS and product surfaces. Failure rate <5%.
Eleven standard-essential. Multiple priority dates locked. LTP, fleet orchestration, PULSE consensus.
CMMC Level 2 complete. 67/67 findings fixed. 1,082 tests passed. Cleared-enclave-ready.
Live on Zenodo. Open science by design. RESONANCE proof-of-concept under public scrutiny.
Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, and others. Multi-model verification with deterministic replay.
