Force OS is a five-tier autonomous AI hierarchy running in production. Eighty-six agents. Seven and a half months continuous operation. Five AI providers in one fleet. Six product surfaces — Force OS at the center, then STARHELM, SEAHELM, WATCHMAN, AOW, CRUCIBLE (DIU AI evaluation), and RESONANCE — built by the fleet, governed by the fleet, deployed across defense, science, and high-stakes operations.

The platform

Force OS — the substrate the rest runs on.

Force OS is a policy-constrained, multi-model, multi-agent fleet operating system with tier-enforced governance and a human-veto path on every decision. The product is the system itself: agents delegating, executing, and overseeing other agents in a live operator surface.

  • Five-tier hierarchy APEX → Squadron Lead → Worker. One admiral coordinates the fleet; three squadrons fan out; twenty-seven workers execute in parallel.
  • Multi-model by design Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, and others in one hierarchy. Multi-model verification with deterministic replay.
  • Recursive self-governance The fleet built its own governance system and now runs under it. The audit trail tracks the agents that built the audit trail.
  • Hash-chained audit + replay Every action is replayable, every decision attributable. Kill switches and escalation paths are part of the runtime, not bolted on after.
  • 248K Rust · 60K tests 934K total Force-authored Rust. Zero shortcuts. CMMC Level 2 complete.

Six surfaces. One substrate. Tier-enforced governance on every decision.

Each surface runs on Force OS. Each surface emits attribution receipts. Each surface answers to a human operator. The defense work is not a distraction from RESONANCE — it is structurally how RESONANCE becomes deployable.

Programs · Funding pathways

The journey is funded. The destination is RESONANCE.

Programs are funding pathways, not products. Force OS, STARHELM, SEAHELM, WATCHMAN, AOW, and RESONANCE all run through these — together they cover defense (DoW), research (DoE), and federal acquisition.
